About the function

As a starter in accountancy, junior accountant or accountancy associate, you are looking for good guidance from experienced accountants. At Finergie in Heeze (Eindhoven region) this is possible, even if you have English as a main language. With us you will develop yourself into an expert with variety of accountancy and controller tasks projects to work on at our regional customers.

What are you going to do?


  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Consultant, with the flexibility to perform 50% of the work remotely. You combine working on projects, in accounting & control, for our international customers, based in the Eindhoven region. When needed you are working in the office of the customer, otherwise you can work at home or in our Heeze office, together with your accountancy colleagues.

  • You have a mix of projects you are working on, depending on the complexity of each project. An experienced Accountant will guide and teach you, so your personal development will be high.

  • These projects include for example building dashboards, implementing BI tools & business reviews, managing financial accounts and transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, overseeing budgeting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing financial insights for decision-making. The role also involves reconciling accounts, performing financial analysis, and improving financial processes as needed. In all projects you are as consultant the interim expert!

Who are we looking for?

  • A bachelor degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Controlling, Business Economics, International Business or similar
  • Some experience in financial reporting, budget management, and accounting
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in finance or willing to learn
  • Experience with accounting software and tools
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment and ability to manage tasks independently
  • Some experience in an accounting or controller role highly desirable
  • A driver’s license and already living in the region of Eindhoven – Heeze
